Committed to Safety

HRCU remains open for the benefit of our membership as we take extra precautions in response to recommendations from the PA Department of Health and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Examples of the preventative measures HRCU is taking to help ensure the health and well-being of our members, staff, and community:

      • Frequent sanitizing, hand washing, and avoidance of face, nose, and mouth touching.
      • Increased disinfecting of all high touch areas, including (but not limited to) countertops, door handles, bathrooms, MSR stations, and ATMs.
      • Covering of coughs or sneezes with an elbow (not hands).
      • Limits on nonessential travel.
      • Instructions for sick employees to stay home.

We will continue to share any updates to our services with members and staff as the Coronavirus situation changes.

 

 

 

 

1All Emergency Assistance Programs are available to members adversely affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. Please note members will be asked to provide some form of documentation in order to qualify such as documentation proving job loss, reduced hours, or receipt of unemployment compensation. Other situations may apply and will be considered on a case-by-case-basis. Members with loans already in default or currently in collections are not eligible. All loans must be paid current as of 3/1/20 for eligibility.
2APR (Annual Percentage Rate). Rates and terms are subject to change without approval or notice. No other discounts apply. All loans subject to credit qualifications, credit worthiness, and other factors. Contact an HRCU Lending Specialist for additional details.
3Approved members will enter a written agreeement and work directly with an HRCU Lending
Specialist. Subject to review and additional documentation requirements. Specific terms will be clarified in a written agreeemnt on a case-by-case basis and may not extend beyond four months
4Entire Certificate of Deposit (CD) must be closed to qualify for an early withdrawal fee waiver.
5Fee waivers administered on a case-by-case basis will be applied to accounts in good standing which did not already accrue frequent overdraft fees.
6Approved members may skip one month’s loan payment (equivalent to 30 days) without penalty. Interest will continue to accrue, and the loan due date will be advanced one payment period if paid on a monthly basis. Loans paid more frequently will also be advanced the equivalent of a one-month period. As a result, the loan will be extended one month beyond the normal maturity date. Loans included in this program will not be reported to credit agencies. Members with multiple loans may also participate (excluding real estate).
