Member Experience & Product Implementation Manager

Pottsville, PA

Full-Time Position

 

The Member Experience & Product Implementation Manager must be a strong team leader with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and member service focus.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Evaluates credit union products and services.
  • Necessitates changes for improvement.
  • Ensures consistent and seamless member service experience across all service delivery channels.
  • Is an advocate for the maintenance and enhancement of member products and services.
  • Acts in coordination with marketing to grow membership and improve organic membership engagement in accordance with credit union objectives.
  • Acts to leverage technology to improve member service experiences.
  • Acts as the lead and coordinates the implementation of new products and services.
  • Project management to include resourcing, coordination, and implementation oversight.
  • Stays abreast of movement and technology trends that impact service and product delivery.
  • Supports organic credit union and community outreach efforts in accordance with mission, values and brand.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate within a group environment or setting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • May be required to complete additional certification/training & education.

 

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of financial industry experience at the supervisory or management level.
  • Will consider and train the right candidate with applicable experience.

 

Schedule:

  • 8-Hour Shift
  • Monday to Friday

Member Service Representative

Multiple Locations

Full- & Part-Time Positions

 

A Member Service Representative must display a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a member-friendly approach. Member Service Representatives shape every member interaction and hold the pivotal role of ensuring member satisfaction and retention.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
  • Accurately handle member financial transactions according to Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Receive and process deposits, checks, payments, and other financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Answer questions, address inquiries, and transfer phone calls.
  • Provide clear direction for member needs by utilizing listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform member service activities and responsibilities.

 

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior work experience 1+ year is preferred.
  • General and business knowledge equivalent to a high school diploma.

 

Required Experience:

  • 1+ year of cash handling and customer service.
  • 1+ year of Banking or financial institution experience, credit union experience preferred.

 

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED).

 

Full-Time Schedules:

  • 40 hours a week, rotational Saturdays.

 

Part-Time Schedules:

  • 28-36 hours a week, rotational Saturdays.
