Project Manager

Pottsville, PA

Full-Time Position

 

The Project Manager is responsible for administering and managing planned and special projects for implementation.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Plan and develop project solution concepts, identify goals and scope, and create a detailed project plan.
  • Manage long- and short-term plans, determine targets for milestones.
  • Work within deadlines scheduled and ensure deliverables are on time.
  • Monitor financial plans and ensure the project remains within budget.
  • Manage and allocate resources, track progress, and manage project scope.
  • Delegate and assign project tasks to team members as may be required.
  • Serve as primary contact for teams with multiple departments.
  • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams assigned to project.
  • Communicate with team members and report to senior management.
  • Maintain project documentation and adherence to compliance issues.
  • Submit reports to senior management and the Board of Directors.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise.
  • Evaluate project performance and ensure the project delivers the expected outcomes.

IT Network Administrator

Pottsville, PA

Full-Time Position

 

The IT Network Administrator assists in all phases of the credit union’s information & technology department systems, infrastructure, equipment, and personnel in accordance with IT systems policy.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible for administration, maintenance, and security of network infrastructure.
  • Installs, configures, and troubleshoots computer networks.
  • Point of contact for internal and external helpdesk support.
  • Ensures IT systems accessibility for end user access.
  • Ensures digital networks are operating to meet the needs of the organization.
  • Assists management in reporting and associated documentation and record keeping.
  • Maintains quality of service standards, cost effectiveness, and increased efficiency.
  • Evaluates and provides guidance on future technology roadmap.
  • Supports all daily IT related operational department activities and duties.
  • Provides required IT training for organizational staff.

Accounting/eServices Coordinator

Pottsville, PA

Full-Time Position

 

The Accounting/eServices Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the staff and daily operations of the accounting and e-services department.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Reports to VP of Accounting/IT.
  • Supports the senior management team.
  • Manages general accounting and financial reporting responsibilities.
  • Supervises subordinate accounting/e-services team.
  • Streamlines and improves financial reporting processes and creates efficiencies.
  • Attends and performs training, and cross-training.
  • Performs all other job responsibilities or duties as directed or assigned.

 

Required Qualifications and Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Member Service Representative

Multiple Locations

Full & Part-Time Positions

 

A Member Service Representative must display a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and member service abilities. Prior work experience is preferred, but not required.

 

Locations:

  • Pine Grove
  • Orwigsburg
  • Hometown
  • Pottsville

 

 Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service.
  • Accurately handle member financial transactions according to Credit Union policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Receive and process deposits, checks, payments, and other financial transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Answer and address questions, and transfer phone calls.
  • Provide clear direction for members needs by utilizing listening, communicating and problem-solving skills.
  • Perform member service activities and responsibilities.


Experience:

  • Cash handling: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Banking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

 

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED) required.

 

Schedule:

  • Full-time schedules are 40 hours per week.
  • Part-time schedules are flexible to 32 hours per week.
