Lost or Stolen Card?
If your card is lost or stolen, we recommend one of the following options:
- Call HRCU at 570.622.3399 during regular business hours,
- Contact 888.241.2510 after business hours, or
- Report the card is lost or stolen via HRCU’s Online & Mobile Access.
- Log into your profile.
- On the dashboard, scroll to the Card Management section and click on the corresponding debit card.
- Select the arrow to the right of Report Lost/Stolen.
- Select the appropriate option to confirm:
- My card is lost.
- My card is stolen.
- Follow the prompts to report the card as lost or stolen.
Money Orders
Perfect for sending money securely, HRCU Money Orders offer the following features:
- Available in amounts up to $1,000
- $3.00 fee per money order
- Valid for 90 days from issue date
- May be purchased with cash or transferred from a member’s account
Safe Deposit Boxes
Safe Deposit Boxes provide peace of mind by offering secure storage for valuable items ranging from personal documents and legal papers to fine jewelry and heirlooms, and Hidden River Credit Union now offers this security-enhancing service exclusively at our Pottsville location.
Safe Deposit Boxes are available in the following sizes:
- Small: 4.75″W x 2.5″ H x 22″D
- Medium: 10″ W x 2.5″ H x 22″D
- Large: 10″ W x 4.75″H x 22″D
- X-Large: 10″W x 10″H x 22″D

Payroll Deduction/Direct Deposit
Payroll Deduction or Direct Deposit is a convenient method to deposit your paycheck, build your savings, make loan payments, or save for a special occasion. Available at no cost to you, this service eliminates unnecessary trips to a branch, saving you time and money.
To begin Payroll Deduction or Direct Deposit, you will need to complete a Payroll Deduction/Direct Deposit Form. You can obtain one of these forms from your participating employer’s payroll department or directly from HRCU. Just complete and sign the form and submit it to your payroll department.

Coin Machines
HRCU offers convenient coin counting services at all locations. Simply bring in your loose change and our Coin Machines will quickly and accurately count your coins so they can be deposited directly into your HRCU account.
To ensure the machines operate properly, please make sure coins are dry and free of debris before running them through. When you arrive with coins to deposit, please ask a Member Service Representative (MSR) for assistance to help avoid any issues with the machine. The following service fees apply:
- $1 fee for amounts under $500
- $2 fee for amounts $500 and over

Complimentary notary services are offered at all branch locations for member convenience. Our notaries can assist with a variety of documents, helping ensure they are properly witnessed and notarized.
