Important Update: TruStage Insurance Services
HRCU’s long-time, affiliated credit union insurance provider, TruStage, is actively investigating a cybersecurity incident that has affected certain systems and services.
As part of its response and recovery efforts, TruStage has proactively shut down certain systems and is working diligently to restore affected services.
What This Means for Members
At this time:
- Insurance account access: TruStage representatives do not have access to insurance account information and are unable to assist with account-specific requests or verify policy status until systems are restored.
- Premium payments: Normal insurance premium payment processing is temporarily unavailable.
- Payments due: Premium payments that become due during the service disruption will be placed in a grace period until normal payment processing resumes.
- Policy status: Policies that are currently active or in a grace period will remain in that status until normal payment processing resumes.
We understand that members may have questions or concerns about their insurance premiums and policy coverage. TruStage is working to restore services as quickly as possible, and additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

- Do not click links or open attachments in suspicious or unsolicited messages.
- Be especially cautious of messages creating a sense of urgency or asking you to take immediate action to protect or restore your account.
- If you receive a suspicious communication, do not respond or provide any information. Contact HRCU or TruStage directly using a trusted phone number or official website to verify the request.
